Patricia Bronowicki

Therapist Intern

Patricia offers virtual therapy appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Patricia provides a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative space where you can explore what feels heavy, confusing, or difficult to carry alone. You may be seeking support for anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-worth, or questions of meaning and identity. Patricia’s approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and care, with attention to your unique story, strengths, values, and goals.

Patricia draws from cognitive behavioural therapy to help you notice how thoughts, emotions, and behaviours interact. She also integrates emotion-focused, solution-focused, and spiritually integrated approaches when appropriate to your needs and preferences. Her goal is to support you in developing greater clarity, emotional awareness, practical coping strategies, and a stronger sense of connection to yourself and others. Patricia is especially interested in creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you work together to make changes for the better.

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from McMaster University and is completing a Master of Psychospiritual Studies with a focus on Spiritual care and Psychotherapy with the University of Toronto.
