Nazish Sawant

Associate

Nazish offers virtual sessions Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Evening appointments are also available from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

She is fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi, and familiar with Arabic.

Nazish is committed to offering therapy that is accessible, culturally responsive, and grounded in genuine care. She creates a warm, welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. Believing that healing begins with trust and safety, she approaches each client with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment, moving at a pace that feels right for you.

With an understanding of how the brain and body respond to stress, attachment, and trauma, Nazish helps clients make sense of their emotional patterns and experiences. She draws from a range of therapeutic approaches and tailors therapy to your unique story, strengths, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you are seeking support individually or within your relationships, she will walk alongside you towards healing and meaningful change.

Nazish has experience providing multi-faith spiritual care in hospital and community mental health settings. Along with a Masters in Theological Studies (Spiritual Care and Chaplaincy), she also holds an Advanced Diploma in Islamic Psychology (England) and can thoughtfully integrate both perspectives to create a holistic and meaningful change.

She is a psychospiritual therapist (Qualifying) with Canadian Association for Spiritual Care/Association Canadienne de soins spirituels.
