Jeanne DesCamp Fries

Therapist Intern

Jeanne (she/her) is available to see clients in person on Tuesdays in London, and virtually on Mondays and Fridays.

Jeanne offers a sanctuary where all of you is welcome. As a warm, grounded counsellor, she believes everyone deserves a place to heal and reconnect with their wholeness. Jeanne integrates Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness to help you find safety within yourself and learn to sit with life's bigger feelings safely and effectively. She accompanies people through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions with courage and deep care.

A Zen Buddhist completing her Master's in Pastoral Care at Emmanuel College, Jeanne brings together her background in Fine Art and Philosophy with embodied creative healing practices. When not in session, you'll find her creating art, dancing, woodworking, or curled up with a good book.
