Erika is available for in-person sessions on Fridays and online sessions throughout the week.Â
With a compassionate and collaborative approach, Erika supports clients in navigating life’s challenges and connecting with their inner strengths. Drawing from Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, Erika works from an attachment-informed lens to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered.
Erika holds a Master of Divinity and is currently completing a Master of Psychospiritual Studies at Knox College. Her practice is grounded in a deep respect for each client’s unique story, and she is committed to helping clients explore meaningful change and personal growth at their own pace.
Outside of her counselling work, Erika enjoys playing the ukulele, learning Spanish, reading, and hiking through nature trails.
