Brook Stacey

Associate

Brook is available to see clients in person on Wednesdays in London. He is also available for virtual counselling sessions by video or by phone on Mondays and Fridays.

Brook is a warm and approachable counsellor ready to walk alongside you on your journey of self-discovery, purpose, and joy. He aims to create a safe and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable to share whatever life-challenges you may be facing and be heard with empathy and compassion.

Brook believes that empathic listening and a client centered approach is central to healing and transformation. He draws inspiration from various therapeutic modalities that aim at bringing healing to childhood memories, fostering mindfulness and acceptance, and encouraging growth, change and transformation.

Brook has studied philosophy and theology and is currently working towards the completion of his Masters in Psychospiritual Studies (MPS).

Outside of sessions, you'll find Brook playing the guitar, enjoying sports, practicing martial arts, reading, and spending time with his brother Jesuits.
