Adrienne brings a deeply compassionate and grounded presence to her work, shaped by over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through times of transition and emotional vulnerability. With an extensive background as a postpartum doula and certified Baby-Led Sleep and Well-Being Specialistâ„¢, Adrienne has helped many families in the delicate early stages of parenting, providing both practical guidance and emotional support.
As a mother of four and a parent of a neurodivergent child, Adrienne understands firsthand the complexities, joys, and challenges of caregiving, and brings that lived experience into her therapeutic practice. She has worked closely with individuals navigating crisis, trauma, and complex mood disorders, and has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ2S+ community, as well as both men and women across the lifespan.
Adrienne’s clinical approach is integrative and relational, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to meet clients where they are. She customizes her sessions to each individual’s specific needs, with a strong focus on emotional safety,
self-compassion, and genuine connection. Whether working with new parents, individuals healing from childhood trauma, or those going through life transitions, Adrienne offers a calm, attuned, and non-judgmental space for growth and healing.
