Lynn is the strategic force ensuring that Community Counselling London operates with excellence and integrity.

Having joined the team in November 2021, Lynn’s dedication and deep understanding of the organization’s mission have seen her transition from Executive Administrator to Centre and Education Administrator, and now into her current leadership role as Director of Operations and Administration.

With over 30+ years of multi-sector experience in organizational management, customer service, and high-level administration, Lynn brings an unmatched level of efficiency and warmth to our leadership team. She oversees the vital behind the scenes infrastructure, from financial operations and systems management to supporting our educational initiatives, that allows our clinicians to focus on what matters most: client care.

A passionate advocate for mental health, Lynn is deeply committed to upholding CCL’s values of accessibility and respect. Her approach is defined by a rare blend of professionalism and genuine compassion. She ensures that every interaction with our centre, whether from an organization, a student, or a client, is handled with the utmost confidentiality, kindness, and skill.

Beyond her work at the centre, Lynn is a lifelong learner and community leader, previously serving in various chair and coordinator roles within local schools and organizations. When she isn't streamlining operations, you’ll find her lost in a great book, exploring the open road on a trip, or channeling her creativity into refinishing furniture.
