Dean Lucrezi

Dean has held executive leadership roles with major Canadian financial institutions, including senior operational and business leadership positions with AGF Investments and Dundee Wealth Management. He is also the founder of Core Business Intelligence, where he has worked alongside CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business owners to strengthen strategy, leadership, and organizational performance.

Prior to joining CCL, Dean served as Director of Employment and Social Enterprise at Youth Opportunities Unlimited, where he led employment programs and social enterprise supporting youth facing barriers to education and employment. Through this work, he developed a deep appreciation for the importance of wraparound services and the critical role that accessible mental health supports play in helping individuals and families move from crisis toward stability, healing, hope, and opportunity.

Dean is passionate about building strong organizations that create meaningful community impact and was drawn to CCL's unique mission of providing affordable counselling services, while helping to develop the next generation of counselling professionals through clinical education and supervision.

Dean holds degrees in Business Administration and Management Systems and has completed several leadership and professional development studies throughout his career.

Outside of his professional roles, Dean has a long history of community leadership and volunteer service. He has served as President & Treasurer of Forest City Soccer Club and has volunteered as manager and coach supporting children and adult development through sport and community engagement. Dean has also mentored immigrants, international students, and college students as they navigate education, employment, and leadership opportunities in Canada. In addition, he has served as Chair of a community Anti-Racism Committee, helping to advance inclusion, understanding, and equitable opportunities within the community.

Having lived in London for more than 25 years, Dean values the opportunity to serve and give back to a community that he and his family are proud to call home.
