Arvind K. Singhania (he/him)
Board Secretary
Arvind is a Chartered Governance Professional accredited through the Chartered Governance Institute in both Canada and the United Kingdom & Ireland, with more than 18 years of governance experience across corporate, nonprofit, regulated, and multinational organizations. His career has spanned governance and corporate secretarial leadership in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments — board operations, regulatory compliance, subsidiary oversight, and stakeholder relations across Asia Pacific, the United Kingdom, North America, and Africa. His nonprofit experience includes governance and compliance leadership in the health care sector, where he led an organization through Imagine Canada's Standards Program accreditation. He is the founder of Governance 360, a London-based advisory practice focused on board effectiveness, governance modernization, and corporate secretarial support for organizations navigating growth and change. He also hosts the Governance 360 Podcast, which explores governance as a practical discipline rather than a paper exercise. Arvind believes governance, done well, is what allows an organization to make better decisions and stay accountable to the people it serves. He is glad to bring that perspective to CCL's Board and to an organization working to make quality mental health support reachable for this community.
