Kelsey Vaughan (she/her)
Director-at-Large
Kelsey has worked in a variety of roles with the Ministry of the Attorney General since 2016 and currently serves as a Senior Project Management Consultant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Sociology from Western University, as well as a Paralegal Diploma from Westervelt College. A long-time advocate for community wellbeing, Kelsey has dedicated much of her volunteer work to crisis intervention and helpline support, most notably with the Canadian Mental Health Association. Her commitment to serving vulnerable populations extends across both legal and frontline community settings. In addition to her role with Community Counselling London, she contributes to the board of Neighbourhood Legal Services Middlesex London and volunteers with Love Yourself Canada, a grassroots mental health organization. Kelsey’s personal connection to the importance of accessible counselling fuels her alignment with CCL’s mission of supporting those facing significant barriers to mental health care. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her two cats, Dexter and Dante, going to the gym, travelling, exploring new foods, and expressing herself creatively. She is equally content curled up with a good book or movie, surrounded by family.
