Jessica Cooper (she/her)

Director at Large

Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science from Western University and a Master’s in Public Health from Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry.

With a background in peer support and wellness education, Jessica is deeply committed to advocating for affordable and accessible mental health care, particularly for young people and members of the BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ communities. Currently serving as the Community Development Coordinator and Equity Chair at PHSS Medical & Complex Care in Community, Jessica also recently became a Registered Yoga Teacher, embracing holistic approaches to health and wellbeing.
