Lara is available for virtual sessions all week and in person sessions on Friday.Â
Lara introduces herself as an individual with a universal sense of belonging. She believes that she has common grounds with every human being on this earth. This belief stems from perceiving the existence as one.Â
Lara is a mother of three, a student forever, and constantly falls in love with life. She has worked with youth and young adults who are going through stressful transitions such as immigration and domestic abuse. In addition, she has experience working on empowering women and girls in developing their individualized and unique feminist theory that reflects their life experiences and goals. Lara is eager to assist you in overcoming whatever struggles you might be facing including post traumatic stress, depression, and complex child development needs.Â
Lara can provide therapy sessions in two languages; English and Arabic. Lara enjoys working with a wide range of diverse clients with various backgrounds and identities; except those who drink decaf coffee, but will do as needed. Outside of work; Lara loves cooking and gardening.Â
