Adrienne offers in-person sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. She is a psychotherapist (qualifying) and brings empathy, practicality, and clinical expertise to support clients in achieving their goals. With a background in crisis intervention and postpartum doula work, she is skilled in family dynamics, perinatal support, and parenting, especially for parents of neurodivergent children. Adrienne tailors her approach to meet each client's needs and is currently completing her MA in Counselling Psychology, practicing under clinical supervision.
Andrew Thompson

Andrew offers a gentle and welcoming presence in his counselling sessions, creating a non-judgmental space for clients to express their needs, hurts, and hopes. With experience in grief, anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions, he uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, guided by a person-centered approach. An ordained Presbyterian minister with over ten years of experience, he is working towards his Masters of Pastoral Studies in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy. Andrew also serves as a Reserve Chaplain with the Canadian Armed Forces. In his free time, he enjoys woodworking, playing guitar, and spending time with family.
Brook Stacey

Brook offers in-person sessions on Wednesdays in London and virtual sessions on Mondays and Fridays. He is a warm and approachable counsellor dedicated to guiding clients through self-discovery, purpose, and joy in a safe, judgment-free environment. Using a client-centered approach, he focuses on empathic listening and draws from various therapeutic modalities to heal childhood memories, foster mindfulness, and promote growth. Brook is currently completing his Masters in Psychospiritual Studies and has a background in philosophy and theology. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar, sports, martial arts, reading, and spending time with his brother Jesuits.

With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, Bruce creates a trusting space to explore various concerns, including addiction, anxiety, grief, relationships, and spiritual or cultural challenges. His integrative, client-centered method draws on a background in performing arts and emphasizes the impact of cultural and spiritual experiences on well-being. A Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario and a Registered Counselling Therapist in Nova Scotia, Bruce holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Psychotherapy and Multi-faith Psychospiritual Care from Knox College, University of Toronto.

Jane integrates a body-based, multi-cultural approach to psychospiritual wellness, blending solution-focused, mindfulness-based, cognitive-behavioral, somatic, narrative, psychodynamic, and transpersonal methods. She specializes in fostering wellness, trauma healing, and recovery for individuals and groups. A Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Counselling and Spiritual Care, Jane also holds certifications in Focusing and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Facilitation. Additionally, she is an advanced Somatic Experiencing (SE) practitioner and a Reiki practitioner (Usui lineage), with extensive training in spiritually-integrated therapy, meditation, and multi-cultural trauma healing.

Fluent in both English and Arabic, Lara works with diverse clients facing challenges such as PTSD, depression, and complex child development needs. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and embracing life with her signature warmth and humor.

With a professional background in healthcare, education, and chaplaincy, Nazish draws on modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. A practicing Muslim, she has provided multi-faith spiritual care in hospital settings and is a graduate of the Master of Theological Studies Program at Western University.

Guided by the Japanese proverb about the “three faces,” he focuses on helping clients access their most authentic selves to promote healing and growth. With a supportive, compassionate, and often humorous approach, Stephen creates a welcoming space to navigate life’s challenges.
Drawing on wisdom from religious and philosophical traditions, he helps clients tap into their innate capacity for resilience and transformation. Stephen holds a Master of Divinity from the Toronto School of Theology and has served as a Regular Force Military Chaplain since 2009. Currently completing a Master of Psycho-Spiritual Studies, he is enhancing his counselling skills to become a Canadian Forces mental health chaplain.
In his free time, Stephen enjoys scuba diving, working out, reading, and playing board games with his children.

Alida co-founded the Community Counselling Centre of London to make therapy accessible to those in need. A Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Certified Psychospiritual Therapist, she holds a PhD in Human Relationships specializing in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy. Alida combines her passion for guiding life transitions with teaching and supervising therapist interns.
An adventurer at heart, she has completed two cross-country bicycle rides, from Vancouver to Halifax and Seattle to Jersey City.
Patricia Berensen

With over 25 years of experience, Patricia is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT), Registered Social Worker (RSW), Registered Psychotherapist (RP), and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). She specializes in trauma, attachment issues, relationships, and workplace wellness, using a gentle, strengths-based, and collaborative approach to guide clients through challenges such as anxiety, grief, chronic pain, and self-esteem.
Patricia provides trauma-informed consultation and training for organizations and offers clinical supervision as an Approved Supervisor with OAMFT/AAMFT. She also serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Western University, mentoring graduate-level interns. Patricia’s expertise is further enriched by her advanced studies with Peter Levine, the developer of Somatic Experiencing.

Gord integrates Christian spirituality and psychology to bring healing to life’s challenges, drawing on personal faith and loss, including the passing of his brothers to HIV/AIDS. A Certified Psychospiritual Therapist since 2006 and Registered Psychotherapist since 2016, Gord incorporates the Diamond Approach, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based models into his practice. He is also a CASC and CRPO supervisor, training therapists in Alida van Dijk’s CASC PTE center.
In his free time, Gord enjoys kayaking, hiking, and relaxing at his cottage in Sauble Beach.
